If your blanks arrive damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to receive a full refund or replacement.
Are your products compatible with all sublimation printers?
Our blanks are specifically coated for high-quality sublimation and are compatible with all major sublimation ink and printer brands, including Sawgrass and Epson.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has moved to the fulfillment stage, we are unable to make further changes.
